11.06.2020 FISHING REPORT

The Fall bite is really picking up! After the lake turnover, the water was chocolate milk for a few days, but has cleared up nicely. I'm throwing a deep diving crankbait and an Alabama-rig, mostly. Both are producing some good numbers as well as some 4+ lb fish.

Technique for the crankbait: Burn it down deep, then pause half a second, burn it again. There's no such thing as too fast! The fish are faster than you can reel... even with a high speed gear ratio.

For the A-rig: Count it down 5-7 seconds and slow roll it. Give it a hard-fast couple of reels every once in awhile... BAM! Sometimes you even catch 2 at a time!
